He and his son arrived each day at the time agreed wanted no coffees or teas or other sustenance and got on with the job in a systematic and professional way. The quality of their work was excellent, and in particular the repairs to the rather old windows amazing.
The only snagging problem was attended to immediately. As with all projects there were inevitably a few 'extras'. These were fully justified and discussed before being undertaken.
